What HAZ MED’s legal adviser must hand over

• Confirmation of whether Google Tag Manager, GA4 or any advertising tag will be deployed, and on which pages.
• A cookie inventory once tags are deployed: name, provider, first or third party, purpose, and lifetime, for every cookie set.
• The consent mechanism: which consent platform is used, and confirmation that Consent Mode V2 default and update commands are configured before any tag fires.
• How a visitor withdraws consent after granting it, and where that control lives.
• Whether the local storage key described above should be presented as strictly necessary or as functional, and the wording legal wants for it.
• The cross-reference to the Privacy Policy, once that exists.
• Effective date and version number, and which language version governs if the Arabic and English texts diverge.
