What HAZ MED’s legal adviser must hand over

• The registered legal entity behind the site, its commercial registration number and VAT number.
• Permitted use of the site, and the position on copying or redistributing the dilution guide and other reference material.
• The intellectual property position, including trade mark ownership. The tablet product name is not yet cleared for use in KSA and the GCC, and the terms must not assert ownership of a mark that has not been cleared.
• A product information disclaimer: that published specifications are indicative and that a written quotation governs.
• The safety position on the published dilution and handling guidance — what it is, what it is not, and that it does not replace the facility’s own risk assessment or the product label.
• Limitation of liability, and the extent to which it can be limited under Saudi law.
• Whether anything on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, or an invitation to treat.
• Any restriction on supplying or shipping chlorine tablets within the Kingdom and to other GCC countries.
• Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
• Effective date and version number, and which language version governs if the Arabic and English texts diverge.
