A kit cannot carry out the response by itself

However high the quality of the equipment and however complete the kits, they are not enough on their own. They need an expert hand able to take up exactly the right equipment and use it correctly.

A structured field programme, in Arabic and English

HAZ MED delivers a structured field training programme in both Arabic and English. The programme teaches the seven-stage HAZ MED response sequence set out under our response methodology, aligned with the facility's procedures and the regulatory requirements governing them.

The same sequence that is printed on the kit and reproduced on the wall chart at your response point.

  2. 02 Isolate the spill perimeter.
  3. 03 Don the protective equipment appropriate to the hazard.
  4. 04 Stop the spread, working perimeter first, then centre.
  5. 05 Collect the spill using absorbent, solidifying and collection materials.

  7. 07 Seal, dispose via the designated route, and document the incident.

The register is part of your compliance file

Attendance is recorded and the register is handed to the facility. A response your team has rehearsed, on your own site, with your own kits, is a different thing from a response they have read about — and the record of it is something you can put in front of an auditor.

Train the team that would actually be first on scene

Tell us which response types you need covered, how many people, and across how many sites. We will propose a session plan.
